REPORT

Eduventures' Online Program Management Market Analysis 2016

Eduventures surveyed leaders of a broad range of institutions of higher education. More than half of the 170 respondents were chief academic officers, provosts, or deans and directors of online learning.

As noted in the report, "Eduventures has identified several vendors worth watching as institutions evaluate new ways to develop and support their online programs.” Among these alternative providers worth watching, the report highlighted ExtensionEngine, "offering 'custom learning experiences' and catering to high-brand programs from elite institutions."

Specifically, ExtensionEngine offers a compelling alternative to expensive revenue sharing engagements common among traditional OPM vendors like 2U, Academic Partnerships, Bisk, Pearson Embanet, and Wiley Education Solutions.  Instead, we build distinctive online learning programs for elite institutions, as an "unbundled OPM" or fee-for-service model.
